Recently myself and Eleanor have been working on some tasks which relate to the music project we have and at the moment I've been using the graphics tab- which I've mentioned in previous blogs before- to create the record label for JAM Records and trying out some fonts and pieces which will feature on our CD pack/ cover and website and possibly other products. So far we've created a few of each to then choose which the one we both want as the final idea.
The Record label is the same which I used during the first music video I made for 'Cool Kidz', however I never made a record label logo so we thought we should make one as it would be ideal to have on our CD cover. Below are the three we made the first one is meant to represent the Jam on records, the second a smashed record to represent great hits, and the third plain and simple.

The other thing which I've been playing about with is the font which we will be using on everything (website, CD cover, merchandise etc.). So below are the fonts which I liked and after consulting with Eleanor we both liked the top and bottom fonts.
We then used the fonts on some t-shirts to see which we preferred the look of on our merchandise we both decided we liked the font on the left as it seemed clearer. Also merchandise wise we liked the t-shirts that had the writing in the corner then over the chest. They'll be more about our merchandise on another blog.
